This city offers numerous architectural buildings and archaeological monuments. Of all the cities in the universe, the one chosen as home to the Gods of Greek Mythology was Athens. Athens is full of many surprises and packed with picture perfect opportunities too. Besides that the climate is very nice all year long, with mild winters and hot summers.

DAY 1 – ARRIVAL

Welcome to sunny Athens. An English speaking driver will wait for you at the airport to take you to your hotel close to the city centre. The rest of the day is at leisure. Night in the hotel.

DAY 2 – CITY TOUR AND SOUVLAKI

Trace the history and culture of Athens from ancient times to the present day in this Hop On and Hop Off tour. Seeing the juxtaposition of ancient history and modern life is a very rare experience not to be missed. You can easily visit the many things to do including world famous museums, with spectacular views of ancient temples, the Acropolis and Parthenon. Anyone who visits Greece has to taste the famous Souvlaki at least once! It is the best known Greek food, a word that invokes Greece as much as the Acropolis, the Parthenon Retsina and Ouzo. The famous tavern of Bairaktaris will serve you the original Souvlaki and Gyros Pita which consists of meat garnished with sliced tomatoes and onions with Tzatziki sauce, wrapped in a lightly grilled Pita. You can enjoy a glass of beer or soda and a digestive too. Night in the hotel.

DAY 3 – DELPHI

Experience Greece's culture and history as you visit the ancient wonders located in the archaeological site of Delphi today. You will be picked up at your hotel to be driven through the fertile plain of Beotia, crossing the towns of Thebes, to arrive at Delphi, the center of Ancient World - the "Omphalos," the Navel of Earth, whose prestige extended far beyond the boundaries of the Hellenic World. On the slopes of Mount Parnassus, in a landscape of unparalleled beauty and majesty, lie the ruins of the Sanctuary of Apollo Pythios. Visit the Treasury of the Athenians, the Temple of Apollo and the Museum containing such masterpieces of Ancient Greek sculpture as the bronze Charioteer and the famous athlete Aghias. Have lunch in the modern village of Delphi, before going back to Athens by the same route. Night in the hotel after this full day trip.

DAY 4 – DEPARTURE

If you do not wish to extend your stay in Athens, it´s time to take you back to the airport. End of our services.
